A region in the northwest of Wicren ruled by Dwarves. The entire area is essentially covered in rolling hills and protected by mountain ranges to the East. Dwarves are permitted to mine anywhere in the region under a free mining policy. Many Dwarves believe their race was forged by the gods in a mountains nearby. Regardless, there is evidence of early Dwarven life in the area from around 2350 BCE.
- Government. Dwarven elders of the land are trusted with making decisions that are best for all members of region.
- Population. Primarily occupied by miners and craftspeople, Lo Hills draws crowds of creatures who love to create and discover the finer aspects of technology.
- Capital. The official capital of the region is Tredewa, however there is little that separates it from any other Dwarfen town in the region.
