The largest gang in The Wastelands. The Seys control a hefty portion of the land in and around the Wastelands. They have an unofficial agreement with members of The Alliance to ensure that no rebellion or revolution will come out of areas they control. As part of this agreement they are supplied some food and equipment to ensure they maintain control of the region.
